GTM Onboarding from Scratch

Designed and implemented comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to eight GTM roles, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Inside Sales Reps. Personally onboarded 16 hires in their first month, enabling managers to focus on coaching. 


The result: 

  • Reduced ramp time from 4 months to 1 month, significantly accelerating time-to-productivity.

Field Kick-Off. End-to-End

Planned and executed Spryker’s 2025 GTM field kick-off: a 3-day in-person event with 100+ GTM attendees across roles. Designed an agenda mixing keynotes, hands-on workshops, cross-team collaboration, and team-building activities. Teams left aligned, energized, and better equipped to tackle the year's targets.


The Result:

  • Contributed to a 15% lift in Q1 pipeline compared to the prior year.
  • Attendees rated the overall event a 4.5/5

Virtual Disco Speed Dating

Created a 2-month experiential program that immersed Account Executives and Inside Sales in realistic prospect simulations. Teams prepared and conducted fast-paced discovery and qualification calls, with immediate feedback loops to accelerate learning. The initiative strengthened critical GTM skills, including business acumen, lead qualification, teamwork, and communication. 


The result:

  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion time decreased by 20% in 3 months
  • Participants are demonstrating a stronger presence and confidence on actual prospect calls.

Hands-on Product Demo Workshop

Designed and facilitated a series of intimate workshops to prepare GTM teams for selling and demoing a new solution ahead of launch. Over 3 months, participants explored the product as customers would—completing tasks that linked key features to real business impact. The program equipped non-solution engineering teams to deliver compelling demos, ultimately saving resources.


The Result:

  • Directly contributed to 23 new opportunities identified before general availability.
